The UpLyft Collective began with a quiet realization: the higher you climb in Healthcare and Life Sciences, the more the air thins. After years in the industry, Pooja noticed a recurring theme in her conversations - that even at the peak of their careers, VP and C-Suite women were navigating their most complex challenges in isolation.
What started as small, private dialogues revealed a common truth: leadership is often lonely, and professional titles can sometimes mask a deep need for genuine connection. These early conversations proved that true growth happens when we move beyond the "title" and into the "truth", sharing our stories, celebrating our wins, and navigating industry shifts side-by-side.
Recognizing this gap, Pooja brought together the architects of health -physicians, policymakers, and corporate visionaries - to turn individual expertise into a collective engine for change. What began as a supportive circle has evolved into a thriving global community where ideas turn into action, and action drives systemic impact.
