BioCentury Grand Rounds U.S. is BioCentury's flagship R&D conference, designed as an intentionally intimate forum at the academia-industry interface. Returning to Seattle for its third U.S. edition, the 2026 event takes place at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, convening venture capitalists, biopharma R&D and BD&L leaders, academic innovators, and biotech founders.

Grand Rounds focuses on the most upstream part of the drug development continuum — early-stage translation, emerging disease biology, discovery-enabling tools and technologies, and therapeutic modality design. The program features presentations from emerging biotechs, translational poster sessions, strategic panels on R&D challenges, and one-to-one partnering meetings, with regional host committee participation from the Allen Institute, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, CoMotion, and Life Science Washington.

For leaders interested in the science that becomes the next decade of pipeline, Grand Rounds offers a smaller, more curated counterpoint to the larger conventions on the June calendar.
